Small and incredibly fine could be the motto of the graceful Villa Es Baladre. The garden caressing the house is reminiscent of a small paradise called Eden, full of lushly blooming oleanders, palm trees, olives, cypresses and other Mediterranean cultivated plants. Even beyond the boundaries of the estate, you can see a green, almost unspoilt landscape, bordered only by the rolling hills on the horizon. In this garden idyll lies the pool, decorated with meandering mosaics, with a sun terrace where you can relax in the shade of a parasol on the sun loungers provided. The outdoor shower is of course a practical addition. The covered terrace by the house is directly adjacent to the lawn next to the swimming pool. In this area, there are relaxing spots where you can enjoy reading a book that you finally have time for again. You will also discover an oval teak dining table, which is just the thing for both breakfast and dinner. For a proper barbecue, there is a built-in barbecue located on the way to the charming terrace in the entrance area of the villa. Furthermore, the offer is also interesting for owners of a four-legged family member as your cute pet is also very welcome with the owners.

The furnishings of this fine family villa are pleasant and above all rustic and cosy. The terrace leads into the compact living and dining room with cosy fireplace. There is space for a sofa set with a modern LCD TV (for a cosy evening watching TV while the cast-iron stove crackles), a round dining table and the open kitchen, which is skilfully visually separated by a counter. You don't have to do without the usual comfort, as the fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering fun for the whole family. Light-coloured floor tiles, high ceilings, decorative wood and beautiful, high-quality ceramic tiles on the walls (this applies to both the kitchen and the bathrooms) paint a harmonious picture of a typical Mallorcan country house with a modern touch. The two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, are also located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom has its own high-quality bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second shower room can be shared. The gallery on the upper floor is a real children's paradise. This open-plan room, which can be reached via a comfortable wooden staircase, offers a perfect children's room with two single beds set at an angle, although this little retreat cannot be locked. Last but not least, we would like to mention that the cosy Es Baladre can be rented all year round thanks to central heating, and in the mild winter months even at an incredibly low price - ideal for those who want to escape the wet, cold, grey gloom of their home country in the off-season. A trip to Mallorca is always worthwhile in this location!

The petite Villa Es Baladre is nestled in a pretty, oasis-like garden with a dreamlike pool area. It is located in the attractive and coastal triangle between Artà, Capdepera and Canyamel. All of these towns can be reached within a short journey time, as they are each 5 km away. This means there is a choice of different shopping opportunities, not forgetting the weekly markets. Fine sand and natural beaches such as Cala Agulla await you on the east coast.
