The unique country house Sa Vinyoleta near the dream beaches of Sa Rápita and Es Trenc offers you a marvellous break with the charm of times gone by. The holiday home in the south of Mallorca dates back to the 18th century. It has been carefully restored and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for on a relaxing holiday on the Mediterranean. The result: a sensational oasis of peace for the most discerning travellers and a total of 8 guests. In the pool area, old natural stone walls and original parts of the former building structure have been integrated into the charming design. Around the house there are several cosy seating and dining areas in the sun and shade. You will also find both a mobile and a brick barbecue for socialising under the starry summer night sky.

The interior of the holiday home is characterised by rustic elegance and a tasteful selection of antique furniture and traditional home accessories. The original stone walls combined with stylish rustic floors, wooden beams and vaulted ceilings create an exceptionally cosy ambience. The generous living space of 325 m² is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living area with a fireplace, an inviting dining room, a rustic, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The three individually furnished double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms is located in a beautiful gallery. It has its own bathroom and access to a small balcony with garden views. Throughout the house you will find several additional rooms with cosy sofas to relax on. The old farmhouse enjoys a quiet, rural location about 10 km from the village of Campos in the south of the island. Campos has several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The beach of Sa Rápita is 8 minutes away by car; the beach of Es Trenc is 15 minutes away by car.
