The centrepiece is a large, sloping pool with an outdoor shower and sunbathing area. On the comfortable sun loungers, you can listen to the gentle sounds of tranquil Mallorca away from the beaten tourist track. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time together to the full. Younger guests can really let off steam on the extensive estate. If you get hungry, you can quickly prepare a pizza for the hungry mouths: There is an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill in a small outbuilding right by the pool. Naturally, the outdoor bathroom is also part of the luxury features of this property. There is a large dining table on the covered, shaded terrace: the perfect retreat for the hot afternoon hours. The garden is not just a place to dream during the day: clever outdoor lighting bathes the property in magical light in the evening.

The interior of the house fully meets the expectations raised by the stately exterior: a mixture of rustic and modern elements as well as a friendly, warm colour scheme demonstrate the high standards of the owners, who have created a real feel-good atmosphere. The living and dining area is located on the ground floor. Comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace invite you to relax; the Smart TV allows you to watch your favourite series even on holiday. Two large wooden dining tables, one of which is in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for all guests. A daylight-flooded bathroom and one of the five bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The four other bedrooms, each sleeping two people, are located on the upper floor. The individually furnished rooms exude an inviting, cosy atmosphere. One of the rooms has a walk-in wardrobe that can easily accommodate even the most extensive holiday wardrobe. There is also a daylight-flooded bathroom with a large washbasin on the upper floor.
This beautiful property with no immediate neighbours is situated in a breathtaking location in the middle of a Mediterranean cultural landscape between the coastal town of Can Picafort and the municipality of Santa Margalida. Due to the good connection of the house to the Mallorcan road network, traffic noise can sometimes be heard, depending on the wind direction and time of day.
