Who doesn't dream of simply strolling from their home on holiday and being on the beach in just a few minutes? At Finca Olivo de Son Jaumell, that would be your everyday life on the island! The question is: how much do you want to leave your second home? Because in the outdoor area alone, this house scores with all kinds of things that could well be among the must-haves on holiday. For example, the raised, partially covered terrace right next to the house, flanked by gnarled olive trees, where you can enjoy meals together and let your gaze wander over the beautiful surrounding landscape. In the evenings, the brick barbecue invites you to enjoy hearty barbecues with Mediterranean delicacies. A highlight of the large garden with all kinds of Mediterranean trees is of course the pool, which is covered with decorative mosaic stones and can be easily reached via a staircase. Naturally, there are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing in the open air. A practical feature is the hot water shower, where you can quickly shower off after a dip in the sea. Another special outdoor space is the roof terrace, from which you can enjoy an exclusive view of the surrounding area and beyond.

Under the open-plan brick-white archway here is a cosy sofa corner, a snug alcove for reading or TV evenings! A cosy double bedroom and a shower room are also located on the ground floor. A free-floating staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there are two further pretty bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower.
