Charming tradition and modern comfort this property offers a unique blend of both and provides a sense of well-being coupled with an island atmosphere. Simply turn left into the entrance just before the roundabout south of Can Picafort and you will find the house with its inviting and beautiful reception area, which will arouse your curiosity to explore further. It is located in a rural, sparsely populated area and literally just a few minutes from the beach. However, if you want to stay in on a hot day, the 9 metre pool at the side of the house will be wonderfully refreshing. It is tiled with blue mosaic tiles, accessible via steps and slopes down to a pleasant depth of 2 metres. It is also securely fenced for the safety of your children.
The surrounding area is shaded by cypress trees and some old fig trees, creating a cosy outdoor atmosphere, while the lawn offers plenty of space to lie in the sun or let the children play. The house has a covered and an open terrace. The open terrace faces the pool, while the covered terrace offers the perfect place to share a meal or simply a drink at any time of day. There is also a brick barbecue on the property; if you visit one of the surrounding markets during the day, you can stock up on fresh regional specialities, which you can enjoy later in your own garden. The friendly owners live next door to the villa on the same property, but have their own driveway so that you can enjoy your privacy and have a contact person nearby if you have any questions or concerns.

A bright interior, characterised by warm and harmonious colours, creates an immediate feeling of well-being; you will want to move in straight away and feel at home! The Mediterranean tiled floors and exposed beams and clay brick ceilings provide an original and traditional backdrop to this modern, tasteful and sophisticated interior. The spacious living/dining room is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a large dining table for tasteful indoor dining. A wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness if required; a stereo system, TV and DVD player are available, as is WLAN internet access for a wide range of media entertainment. Next to the living area is the high-quality, fully equipped modern kitchen, where you will find everything you need for an independent self-catering holiday, including a Nespresso and filter coffee machine for your early morning hot drink on the terrace. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished in individual and distinctive style, provide the setting for restful nights. A bathroom with shower and one with bathtub and bidet complete the picture.

The old harbour of Can Picafort is located in the centre of the bay of Alcúdia and has an impressive 17 km long beach
and is only a two-minute drive from the villa. Here you will find bars and restaurants as well as a vibrant nightlife in the local nightclubs. The villa is conveniently located close to the main road that leads directly into town, making transport links particularly favourable and picturesque locations further inland easily accessible. If you are travelling in different directions, you can quickly reach other beaches such as Playa de Muro or Son Baulo. Welcome to Villa Can Polito, built in typical island style, on the outskirts of Can Picafort in the north of the island. A particularly positive feature of this holiday home is its unique location, its proximity to several attractive beaches and the colourful range of leisure activities on offer in the town itself.
