The ultra-modern Villa Son Gat de Mallorca, ideal for families and family groups, impresses across the board. It includes an oasis of artificial turf, a refreshing saltwater pool and beautifully designed corners in the garden that add a new dimension to the concept of relaxation. You can relax on the sun loungers, or in the shade of the maritime awning or the additional parasols. Next to the pool is the covered outdoor kitchen with its fragrant cloths, which, just like on the veranda next to the house, offer protection from the sun and wind and simply look pretty. In the outdoor kitchen you will find a great dining area for a snack by the pool or a refreshing ice cream at the bar. This area competes with the shaded veranda as there is also a cosy dining area and lounge, providing you with a secluded spot and a relaxing retreat late into the evening.

The wonderfully peaceful farmhouse Villa Son Gat Mallorca, perfect for families with children, has a great garden with pool and outdoor kitchen. It also offers sweeping panoramic views over the flat plain in the centre of the island to the majestic Tramuntana mountains. The holiday residence is close to the village of Montuïri, where you can do your shopping and find local restaurants. It is also ideally located 20 minutes by car to Palma and 30 minutes to the dream beaches of the south.
