The tasteful Villa S'Aigo Es Pi owes its name to its unique selling point, which catches the eye at first glance - the purpose-built viewing tower. Apart from adding a majestic touch to the exclusive villa, it also gives you the opportunity to enjoy a simply phenomenal view over the south-east coast and the year-round green hills. When you enjoy this view, you will once again know exactly why you chose a villa holiday - to be undisturbed, free and completely self-sufficient in the midst of nature. Even the way there, along a path lined with small palm trees, will make your heart beat faster. The all-round magnificent property blends in perfectly with its surroundings, as the garden is full of impressive trees and tall pines. Nevertheless, there are numerous lawns in the park-like grounds where children can play to their heart's content. In the centre of the beautiful garden is the organically shaped pool area with a separate, 0.6 m deep children's pool. The naturalness of the pool area is also evident at different times of the day, as the surrounding pine trees provide alternating sunny and shady periods. It is simply marvellous to relax in the cool, refreshing water on a hot summer's day and look for a shady or sunny spot at your own discretion, perhaps on the surrounding natural stone with its comfortable wooden loungers. A veranda directly adjoins the pool area. It has a stone barbecue and a simple outdoor kitchen. This rustic area is best enjoyed every evening with a barbecue and is a great place to end the day in peace.

The house is lined with generous outdoor seating areas and inside there is a flair that lovingly combines rustic cosiness and modern comfort. A cosy living area in front of the open fireplace and a modern LCD TV are available as a common room for cooler evenings and form the heart of this villa. A piano is available for our musical guests and is by no means just for decoration. At the back of the house you will find the dining room with several pieces of antique furniture and a beautifully decorated dining table with comfortable wicker chairs. The kitchen is located in a separate room. With a ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and small table, this work area offers all the comfort you could want and need for a self-catering holiday. The layout of the bedrooms creates an architectural feature that is very useful for a multi-generational family or couples travelling together. One of the three double bedrooms is located halfway up the stairs to the tower. With an elegant en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance from the terrace, this room enjoys a degree of privacy that will be popular with all ages. The other two bedrooms are located in their own wing on the ground floor. Both rooms share a bathroom, with a separate guest WC making the holiday feeling even more relaxed.

The pleasantly quiet location of the villa in this south-east coastal area also invites you to relax. The villa is located to the west of Cala Murada, a coastal area of Manacor. Cala Murada is a well-kept urbanisation with tasteful villa properties on spacious plots, which makes the location a very green place. This part of the island is home to the beautiful beaches and coves known as Calas de Mallorca. Covering an area of over 6 kilometres of unspoilt countryside, these are mostly unspoilt and are often awarded the European Blue Flag for their high-quality bathing areas. Larger towns such as Felanitx are worth a visit on Sunday mornings, for example, when market stalls are set up in the market hall and throughout the town centre and the shops are open. The tasteful Villa S'Aigo Es Pi is located on the south-east coast in an excellent agricultural area near Cala Murada. A majestic lookout tower offers incredible distant views of the beautiful surroundings. Various shopping facilities and the picturesque fishing village of Portocolom are just a few minutes away by car. The Calas de Mallorca, the breathtaking sandy beaches of this part of the island, such as Cala Murada or Cala Tropicana, are only approx. 3 km away.
