This charming property offers a perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The private saltwater pool (6x3 meters, depth 1.30 to 1.70 meters) is surrounded by sun loungers and a Balinese bed, offering a relaxing space for sunbathing. There's also a play area for children and a furnished terrace with a barbecue, ideal for dining or enjoying drinks with friends. The main floor features a living room with a fireplace, AC, and satellite TV, along with a kitchen and dining area equipped with induction cooking and all necessary utensils. The floor includes two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles) with radiators and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with AC—one with two single beds and access to a terrace with countryside views, and the other with a double bed. The upper floor also has a gym and another bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.Located in Llubí, the property is in the heart of Mallorca, close to essential services and offering a chance to explore local life and cuisine. The village is ideal for hiking and cycling, and the northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, and Son Serra de Marina are just a short drive away.
