Schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Westalpen, u.a. auf die Monte Rosa Gruppe sowie auf den Monte Generoso. Oberste Wohnung (im 5. Stock) einer Siedlung von 2 x 6 Terrassenwohnungen in Monteggio (420 m ü.M.), einem verschlafenen Tessiner Dorf - in einer der schönsten Gegenden des Südtessins - im Malcantone. Lage: in der Nähe des Waldes. Geeignet für folgende Sportarten: Joggen, Biken, Walken, Schwimmen, Wandern, Golf. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz im Wald. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Malcanatone, auf den Monte Lema und den Monte Tamaro. Monteggio liegt in der Mitte zwischen Ponte Tresa und Luino. Lugano ist in ca. 30 Minuten, Luino in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Monteggio ist mit dem ÖV gut erschlossen. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 200 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.
