Apartment with charm, comfortable private garden for 2 people, near the lake
We rent well kept, sunny, bright 3 1/2 room ground-floor holiday apartment in a typical Ticino detached house, with sheltered facade, garden and lake view. The house is located in the traffic-calmed old residential quarter Rivapiana in Minusio near Locarno (no long-distance traffic noise), 100 meters from the lake, close to the Romanesque church S.Quirico and the small public park Villa Quirico. The main shops and the city of Locarno can be reached on foot or by bicycle. In winter and summer, the lake promenade, only three minutes' walk from the apartment, invites you to enjoy beautiful daily walks and swimming is allowed everywhere. If you like to leave your car at home or travel by train, this is the right place for you.

The apartment has been completely renovated and newly equipped and is regularly refreshed. The natural materials used give the apartment a pleasant, warm atmosphere. Design furniture underlines the special character of the apartment. The bed quality and the mattresses have so far been highly praised by all guests. A spacious bathroom and large closets provide comfort.
The apartment has direct access to the cosy garden, which is available to the tenants for their exclusive use.
The apartment is ideal for two people who enjoy large living spaces.
The apartment is well heated and pleasant to stay in even in winter. The apartment is well secured. It is not our aim to rent it out as often as possible, but only so much that we can look after everything well and the guests are always "unique" even if they book with us again and again. We speak Italian, German and French and can also be requested in English and Spanish. Not suitable for children from 0 to 12 years.
