Located at 1km from the sea, and next to it. a few hundred meters from the Antibes amusement parks, it has a magnificent landscaped outdoor space. Perfectly equipped, you will have an ideal stay there with family or friends. Array The villa consists of a beautiful living room with open fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace and the garden. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a mezzanine where; another bed is possible. One of them also has a child's bed. A games lounge, TV (with PS4 games and DVD) and reading is located at upstairs. All bedrooms and the mezzanine of the villa are air-conditioned. In the garden, you can enjoy the comfortable private jacuzzi. (note that the jacuzzi is included in the rental price and open from April to the end of September. Between October 1 and March 31, the jacuzzi will not be available. You will have access to the entirety of of the villa and the garden in a private manner. The swimming pool and tennis court are shared with you. all residents of the estate. 1km from the beach, 800 meters from the leisure parks, 300 meters from the Fernand Léger museum and 500 meters from the famous Biot glassworks, the villa is very good placed. For tennis lovers, the villa is located at 10 minutes from the famous Mouratoglou tennis academy. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, you can easily discover the region, the coastline and the hinterland. Biot station is easy to access. on foot or by bus and allows you to travel along the entire coastline from Ventimiglia (Italy) to Cannes. A bus network with stops near the villa makes it easy to travel to the surrounding towns and villages (Biot, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Valbonne, etc.) An additional double bed is available on the mezzanine.
