In Vinkuran, a small suburb of the city of Pula, the apartments CIB105, CIB106, CIB244 and CIB256 are in one house. All guests have access to a large communal garden with an outdoor pool, in which you will surely spend most of your time and talk to your loved ones and other guests. Explore the beautiful surroundings and let yourself be inspired by the beaches and the crystal clear sea nearby. We recommend nature lovers to visit the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park and the Brijuni National Park. The city of Pula provides entertainment for the whole family with various events during the summer months and also invites you to taste traditional dishes and wines.

    “Liebe "nach mir Kommende", da das die erste Bewertung dieses Objektes ist, möchte ich es euch möglichst vollständig und aufrichtig beschreiben.

    Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, ohne nennenswerten Verkehr.
    Das Haus ist gegen Westen ausgerichtet, wodurch man auf den Balkonen eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang hat.
    Die ganze Anlage scheint relativ jung zu sein, ist schön und durchaus hochwertig angelegt und überaus geplegt, inklusive dem netten Pool und dem kleinen entzückenden Garten.
    Es sind gute Parkplätze vorhanden und man kann tatsächlich zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu einem kleinen Strand gelangen.
    Unsere Unterkunft hatte einen eigenen Ausseneingang, gefolgt von einem schönen Stiegenhaus nach oben in die eigentlichen Wohnräumlichkeiten. Dort befand sich vor dem inneren Eingang ein WC mit kleinem Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, inkl. Schmutzwäschekorb. Die Waschmaschine hat kleine Macken, lässt sich aber austricksen. Für kleine Urlaubswäsche völlig ausreichend. Alles sehr sauber!
    Die Wohnräumlichkeiten bestanden aus einen großen Wohn- Ess- Küchenbereich, nett eingerichtet und gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Grosser LED-Fernseher!! Auch die Küche ist sauber und sparsam aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Nur der Geschirrspüler und der Dunstabzug haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, waren aber voll funktionstüchtig. Die Kühl-Gefrierkombination ist groß, und schaut aus wie neu. Absolut blitzeblank.
    Dem Wohnbereich vorgelagert hatten wir eine angenehm geräumige Loggia mit dicken weissen Vorhängen zum Beschatten und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke. Wirklich nett!
    Darüberhinaus gab es zwei ausreichend große Schlafräume (große ordentliche Schränke) und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC.
    Nicht ganz neu, aber alles sehr sauber.
    Überhaupt ist zu erwähnen, dass an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht wurde, die bei großen, anonymen Vermietern oft fehlen, wie die allerorts angebrachten Insektenschutzgitter, Instektenstecker inkl., oder die schon vorhandene Küchenrolle und ein paar Geschirrspülertabs.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, relativ jung und kinderfreundlich (sie haben selber Teenager-Zwillinge) und darüber hinaus nicht zu spüren.
    Insgesamt: Absolut empfehlenswert!!”
