You will be staying in an old house, renovated and simply furnished, that offers all you need for a comfortable holiday while maintaining the atmosphere and energy of a typical rural house. It is made with traditional thick stone walls that keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter.
The ground floor of about 55 sq.mts., comprises of a double bed room, a sitting room with an open log fireplace and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a kitchen. Due to the high roof a second double bedroom has been made on a wooden balcony overlooking the sitting room.
Outside is a partially covered veranda (50 sq. mts) shaded by a large mulberry tree. In front of this lovely old house there is plenty of open space surrounded by trees and accessed by a private driveway.
Equipped with: pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, toaster, bed linen and towels, television, gas heater, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer, barbeque.

This delightful old house is to be found in the quiet green countryside near the small village of Scopello. As the crow flies it is only 1.2 km from the splendid white pebble beach of Guida Locca and 1.8 km from the beautiful sea and picturesque sea stacks of Scopello’s Tonnara , antique tuna fishing station. The unspoilt and protected Nature Reserve of ‘ Lo Zingaro’ is 3 kms away with it’s transparent turquoise bays and clearly marked paths along the coast and up into the mountains, fantastic for spring and winter walks.

    “The house is not perfect but ok for one week. Garden should be maintained better. One really bad issue is sleeping rooms - they are not isolated about noise, it looks like you sleep in one room. Service from Nino was perfect, recommendation of nice places, shopping etc was very good and helpful.”...
