SUNSET is the smaller flat (28 sq mt), on the ground floor, with a kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) and a bathroom. Little terrace with wonderful view over the countryside. All windows are double glazed, and all have retractable fly screens.
The villa is a tipical house of the italian countryside. It has 4 self-catering apartments with all comforts and varied permutations of sleeping facilities.
The house offer a great outdoor living in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Wonderful for alfresco dining and relaxing! - PARKING in the garden, that could be close with a gate - GARDEN with furniture, taibles and chairs perfect for a drink at the sunset - public swimming POOL, during summer, only 300 mt... just cross a field to reach it - spa and wellness center 1 km (Tabiano) or 2,5 km (Salsomaggiore) NEWS 2010: gazebo area with BBQ !!The owner, on site, will be glad to give you useful suggestion about interesting tours in the area (e.g. parmesan cheese farm)... or about the best trattoria or restaurant where to try the famous excellent local foods and wine at very reasonable prices.
