Holiday apartments in a quiet location with parking space, near the sea

The holiday house enjoys a quiet location on a side street with little traffic in Veruda Porat in Pula. The property has six holiday apartments on two floors. All guests have a free parking space. Wireless Internet access and a barbecue are available.

It is an ideal place for families with children and for those who would like to enjoy the daily rhythm of sun and sea, as well as sport, nightlife and entertainment. The beaches are about 1.5km away and it is about 2km to the town centre. The estate also has a supermarket, hairdresser, restaurants, bakery and pizzeria, about 100 metres away.

The holiday home is located in a quiet and slightly frequented side street in Pula-Punta Verudela. The building has six apartments on two floors.

The apartment Nr.4 has 60 m2 and is on the first floor. All apartments have a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. The living room consists of a double sofa bed, LED-TV and dining table. The kitchen has two hobs, fridge with small freezer, kettle, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses for 6 persons.

This is an ideal place for families with children and for those who want to enjoy the daily rhythm of sun and sea, as well as the nightlife with a wide range of entertainment and sports. The beaches are just 1.5 km. The distance to the city center is about 2 km. The supermarket, hairdresser, restaurants, bakery and pizzeria are just 100 m in the settlement away.
