Family-run holiday residence with pool, private access to the lake and numerous amenities


The residence is located in the littoral zone of Domaso, a picturesque village on the northwestern shore of Lake Como. It is a family-run business, which offers holiday apartments as well as two houses on a property with a swimming pool. The owners also live on the property and are in constant contact with their guests in order to meet their every need.

Pool

The swimming pool is located right next to the apartments and only about 200 metres from the holiday homes. The modern, beautiful swimming pool is 16m x 8m in size and even has a children's pool, a hot tub, shower cubicles, toilets and changing rooms. Around the swimming pool is a large sun terrace and two green spaces; one in the shade and the other in the sun, which are equipped with sun loungers, so that each guest will find the perfect place to relax. Next to the pool is an outdoor restaurant that offers snacks and drinks. The pool is open from April to October from 9.00 am - 10.00 pm. The pool area is surrounded by fragrant jasmine. During the day it is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe, and at night it will enchant you with attractive lighting and a romantic atmosphere.

Beach

The beautiful beach of the residence is located directly in front of the holiday villas and just a few metres away from the apartments. It is partly sandy and partly covered with grass, and it slopes gently into the water, making safe swimming for the younger guests possible. Thanks to the convenient location of the apartments, guests can walk to the beach via private access, already clad in swimwear, or choose the path to the small campsite instead. The residence has a private reserved area on the beach for their customers, with toilets, changing rooms, showers and a storage area for surf and beach equipment. There's even a mooring area for small boats, while berths can, on request, be reserved for larger boats in the yachting harbour, 300 metres away. A snack bar is also located on the beach. Just 300 metres away from the residence are good water sports schools, where courses in sailing, catamaran sailing or windsurfing on Lake Como are on offer, and a well-equipped sports centre with towing service.

Services

The residence offers a wide range of services and many sports possibilities for a comfortable and active holiday at Lake Como. In addition to the afore-mentioned large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's pool, there is a volleyball court, fenced playground, tennis table and a garden with grill/barbecue area. Furthermore, the property has a garage, parking spaces and tourist information. The particular highlight is the private access to the beach with all the described amenities. Upon request, children’s equipment such as children’s beds and high chairs can be provided in the accommodation. There is also a washing machine for communal use, and you can benefit from free WLAN Internet access on the whole property and even on the beach.

The following services are included in the rental price: garden for communal use with grill/barbecue, parking area, weekly cleaning, weekly bed linen change, swimming pool with hot tub, beach facilities, playground and wireless Internet access.

Outside the residence, about 100 meters away in the surrounding area, are two supermarkets, while a fitness club with sauna and massage treatments is also 100 metres away. Mini Golf and an arcade are 300 metres away, and numerous restaurants, pizzerias and bars are also within easy walking distance. Other sports, such as horse riding can be found 7 kilometres away and an 18-hole golf course is 20 kilometres’ distance.

    “Wir hatten ein Appartment für 4 Personen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und schön gelegen. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Balkon gebucht, was sehr zum Vorteil war. DIe "normalen" Balkone waren sehr klein. in der Nähe gibt es 2 gute Supermärkte und viele (3) Eisdielen und die Pizzaria,die die direkt gegenüber vom Pool liegt, war super lecker.”

    “Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und Personal. Die Wohnung hatte einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick (teilweise von Bäumen beeinträchtigt). Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (einschließlich Handtüchern, Föhn und Hygieneartikeln). Am Besten war der Pool, der einen kleinen Kleinkinderbereich hatte. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub am Comer See werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Apartment in der Anlage mieten.”
