    “positiv: gute Ausstattung der Küche, große Garage, große Terrasse, Wintergarten
    negativ: einem Schlafzimmer fehlt die Tür, die scheinbar ausgehängt wurde, damit der Schreibtisch Platz findet. Für uns war es unwichtig, aber es gibt im Fernsehen nur schwedische und dänische Programme. Spielfilme laufen aber meist mit englischem Originalton.
    Insgesamt ein geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für 4 (bis 6) Personen.

    Die Lage in einem ruhigen Stadteil Malmös ist sehr angenehm, wenn man in einer Stadt und trotzdem ruhig wohnen möchte. Außerdem hat man kein Problem mit dem Parken des Autos und der Unterbringung der Fahrräder. In ca. 15 Min. sind zu Fuß verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen, z.B. das Mobilia Einkaufszentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder Bus hat man eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt. Einen Stadtplan und eine Radwegekarte bekommt man im Turistbyrå. Wer abends "eben Mal" zu Fuß ins Restaurant oder den Pub gehen will, sollte zentraler wohnen.”
