House with a great view, by a beautiful lake

This house is somewhat secluded, in a quiet location right by a lake. It is surrounded by plenty of pristine nature.

The house built in an old style provides around 70m² of living space for up to six people. The bunk beds in two of the three bedrooms are of course more suitable for children. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed and is a little more spacious than the other two bedrooms. There is a combined living and dining room with a sofa, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, extractor fan, freezer (200l), microwave and coffee machine. A vacuum cleaner, highchair, TV, radio, CD player and children’s bed are also provided. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house has a washing machine, is insulated and has central heating/under-floor heating. Pets are not allowed. The owner lives on site.

There are two parking spaces on site, along with plenty of garden furniture and a grill. There is a swing for children. The lake with a private beach is just 100 metres away. A pasture with sheep and lambs surrounds the farm. You can hire a boat (about 4.5m long) and a motor (2PS).

The public beach and a playground are about 1km away. There are plenty of trip options in the area, for example to Kleva, Astrid Lindgren’s World, Smålandsleden, hiking possibilities, lovely cycle paths, and gathering mushrooms and berries in nature. You can also go skiing and snowboaring in Valbacken. The nearest shopping facilities are about 8km away. There is a golf course about 40km away and it is about 30km to Eksjoe and Vetlanda, and 40km to Vimmerby.

    “Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen an einem großen, schönen See, der durch die Bootnutzung perfekt zum Angeln ist. Alles, was man braucht wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in der Nähe. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben jegliche Unterstützung und viele Tipps bekommen und einen guten Einblick in das Leben vor Ort. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!”

    “Huisje is op een prachtige plek gelegen met uitzicht over het meer. Naast het huis van de vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Huis is een soort pijpela maar aan de keukentafel en in de keuken mooi zicht op het meer. Grenst aan een schuur. Heel goed bed en daarnaast 2 kamers met stapelbedden. Alles schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Je loopt zo naar het meer waar je eventueel kan vissen of zwemmen.”

    “Ein Schwedentraum! Top Lage direkt am See mit eigener Badestelle, Feuerstelle und Ruderboot. Vom Ferienhaus wunderschöner Ausblick auf den See. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ferienwohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche und kinderliebe Vermieter. Für Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet.”

    “Sehr großes, sauberes und herrlich gelegenes Haus mit Seeblick und riesigem Grundstück, kurzem Zugang zum See und Anschluss zur Vermieterfamilie, die sich sehr gut um unser Wohl in jeder Form gekümmert haben. Sehr sympathische Menschen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Smalland im grünen Herzens Schwedens. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Natur-Nationalparks, Seen, ein Schaubergwerk und vieles mehr.”

    “Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles funktionell und einfach eingerichtet. Das Bad ist klein(halt typisch für Schweden) aber frisch renoviert mit einer Kabinendusche(haben schon anderes erlebt). Die Küche war von der Sauberkeit ok, könnte mal ne Grundreinigung vertragen. Ein bisschen hat uns schwedische Deko gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist groß die Kinder konnten auf der uns zugeteilten Seite die ganze Wiese benutzen.
    Die Lage ist ruhig. Der See fantastisch. Der Vermieter unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit!
    Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und überlegen wiederzukommen !”
