Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.


Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. 

The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .


The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

The price includes:

    “Das Reiheneckhaus hat drei Stockwerke, oben ein Raum mit 3 Betten, im Keller ein Raum mit 4 Betten und im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer und einen Koch/Essbereich. Draußen gibt es eine komplett besteinte große (kindersichere) Terrasse mit einem Grill. Der grüne Garten auf den Fotos ist für das Haus nicht erreichbar. Uns hat das Haus gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, Equipment für die Essenszubereitung war umfänglich verfügbar (außer Weingläser), Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir gestellt bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, nur das Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür, nach unten und oben gibt es keine Türen. Und auch der Nachbar lag gefühlt schnarchend bei uns im Bett, da man wirklich alles von den anderen Parteien mitbekommt. Zum Meer ist es nur die Auffahrt runter und über die Straße, das ist toll.”
