Cosy House amidst wonderful nature

This old house from the late 19th century is in an absolutely quiet location and was renovated, with the aim of preserving the flair of this past era.

The house is surrounded by a lovely plot of land. Garden furniture is provided. You can park right by the house.

The house provides around 80m² of living space and can accommodate up to six people. The colours, wallpaper, flooring and other details all appear very inviting. The kitchen with a cosy sitting corner provides all the necessary modern electrical appliances, along with a built-in oven and wood-burning stove. Apart from these sources of heating, there are electric radiators in every room. The parents’ bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other beds are upstairs, more suitable for children due to the low and sloped ceilings.

The area is hilly and slightly elevated and there are forests right behind the house. The landscape is characterised by forests and agricultural areas.

A cot and a highchair are available. Please note that electricity is only included in the rental price during the high season. Use of a small boat is included and you can hire an electric motor in addition.

    “Gastgeber war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Sehr familienfreundlich, wir waren zu fünft und hatten genug Platz. Gepflegte, funktionierende und zweckmäßige Einrichtung.

    Schnell am See 12min oder in Stockholm 2h. Nächster Supermarkt 12min. Ruhig gelegen.”

    “Das Häuschen liegt am Waldrand an einer Landstrasse, etwa 10 Minuten von einem Ort entfernt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, vielleicht einmal pro Stunde fährt ein Auto vorüber. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und heimelig, mit guter Ausstattung der Küche. Ein Schwedenofen zum Einheizen bringt wohlige Wärme, neben Elektro-Heizkörpern. Mit dem Doppelzimmer im EG und den vier Betten im OG ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, die den grossen Garten toll nutzen können. Es ist empfehlenswert, mit einem Auto anzureisen, da der ÖV (Bahn/Bus) 6 km entfernt ist. Der Vermieterwohnt in der Nähe, er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit telefonisch oder per E-Mail erreichbar.”

    “Einfach traumhafte Umgebung und guter Erholungsfaktor. Positiv: Super Lage in der Natur, toll eingerichtetes und gemütliches Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder hier her zurück.”

    “Positiv: Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit in dem Haus, das sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Toll war u.a., dass man mit den Fahrrädern, die zu dem Haus gehören, in knapp 5 Minuten am See/Fluss ist, wo wir meistens alleine waren. Mit dem Boot, das zum Haus gehört, haben wir dort ein paar schöne Touren gemacht.”
