Pleasant Holiday Home in Santa Flavia

This is a beautiful 1-bedroom home for 6 people in a quaint fishing village called Santa Flavia in Sicily. The beach is only 300 m from the home, which offers a breathtaking view of the harbour.



If you want to soak in the culture, the beautiful city of Palermo is just 17 km away. You can find restaurants and supplies within walking distance of the home.



You're allowed to bring upto 2 pets for €30 per pet. WiFi costs €3 per night.



The Palermo airport is 53 km away.

In the harbour of Porticello, a cute little fishermans' village at 15km from Palermo whith colourful restaurants and bars, where you can stroll along the shore in the warm evenings with an icecream in your hand after a day of cultural visits at Solunto and Palermo or of leisure on the popular beaches of Bagheria and Céfalù.
The little house has been furnished with simplicity and taste but not without comforts as airconditining and tv, but the best is it's balcony with breathtaking view on the sea and the little harbour with it's multicoloured houses and boats!

Those of you who enjoyed a delicious lunch or dinner at the nearby restaurant of Villa Céfalà (5 min by car) will have access to the lovely garden and pool!
Also you can choose to go for an outing on a little fishingboat and enjoy breakfast on board, from 9h30 to 14h00, 45 € pp
and we offer you the possibility to go for a daytrip with our Captain on the "Boston Whaler" 130CV (200€ the day, gas excluded)

    “Faciliteiten goed alleen geen meubilair voor op balkon!
    Schoon, airco werkt goed! Voldoende handdoeken. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het balkon naar vissershaven en pleintje ervoor waar s,avonds het altijd heel levendig is.
    De vrouw die ons de sleutel moest overhandigen was heel aardig. Wij kwamen heel laat aan doordat ons vliegtuig vertraging had en op de weg veel oponthoud. Wij kwamen ong. 01.30 aan!
    Zij had gewacht op ons, heel lief! Zij was het met ons eens over het gemis aan meubilair op het balkon en we mochten van haar stoelen lenen!”

    “Underbart fin lägenhet, fräsch och ren! Perfekt läge i hamnen med utsikt över torget fiskebåtarna och havet.
    Mycket ljud på kvällen från bilar, restaurangerna och lekande barn på torget (som aldrig tycktes vilja gå och lägga sig:-), men inget som vi stördes av.”
