A nice, old, modernized house. Large garden, several outdoor sitting-areas, ocean view, only few mins. walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Good fishing conditions. Undisturbed & central located, great for families. Sunny lot next to fields.

    “Een perfect huis, veel provacy, veel ruimte in het huis en in de tuin rondom, weids uitzicht, smaakvol ingericht, netjes verzorgd en onderhouden, alle faciliteiten die je thuis ook hebt... Wij zijn super tevreden! Geen vlieg gezien (reismaand augustus/sept). Het zandstrand is 15 minuten lopen door de weilanden, of drie minuutjes met de auto. Inkopen in Vanse op 3 km. Van vliegverkeer op luchthaven Vanse hebben wij gelukig niets gehoord of gezien.”

    “Das Haus ist wirklich super und auch toll eingerichtet. Durch den Spielplatz super für Familien. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt nur ein WC, und das Haus liegt neben einer Bioanlage, die Fliegen sind wirklich nervig.”

    “Sehr schönes, sauberes, älteres Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - die Bilder beschönigen nichts, es ist wirklich so. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da eigener Sandkasten und eigene Schaukel vorhanden sind. Das Haus liegt hinter einem Bauernhof und ist somit nicht direkt an der Straße, ebenfalls von Vorteil, wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Um das Haus herum ist Garten und dahinter befinden sich nur Felder und Wiesen. Somit kann man den sehr schönen Garten wirklich ungestört genießen. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man sogar Meerblick.”
