Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

Die Zwei-Zimmer Ferienwohnung Nr. 11 mit einer Größe von 47 m² für zwei bis vier Personen liegt im 3. Obergeschoss (auf der Seite des Granitzwaldes).

Lassen Sie es sich auf dem Balkon mit Gartenmöbel, zum Wald gerichtet, gut gehen und genießen Sie die Ruhe.

Es erwarten Sie ein Doppelbett (1,80m x 2,00m), eine Doppelschlafcouch, eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Tiefkühlfach und ein Bad (Dusche, WC). Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl können kostenlos auf Anfrage hinzugestellt werden. Kostenloses WLAN darf natürlich nicht fehlen. Ein Aufzug bringt Sie in die 3. Etage.

Die Villa ist geprägt von ihrer mit viel Liebe zum Detail sanierten historischen Bäderstil-Fassade und der Verwendung von hochwertigen und ökologischen Baumaterialen (z.B. Allergiker-freundliche Farben und Dämm-Materialien). Umsäumt ist die Villa von einem Garten, der für die Gäste, vor allem in den Erdgeschoss-Wohnungen, nutzbar ist.Bitte beachten Sie, dass die komplette Villa rauchfrei ist.

Vor Ort erwartet Sie darüber hinaus eine Gemeinschaftssauna und ein Waschraum mit Münzwaschmaschine und Trockner.
