The vacation apartment "Seestern" is 46 m² large. It is located only about 160 m from the idyllic beach in Gollwitz, which is not only ideal for children, but also invites you to take long walks on the beach.

The 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept Frisian house. With its warm colors, wood-look flooring and modern, maritime furnishings, it is ideally suited for a wonderful vacation.
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. Another sleeping option is located in the living area. A wide, high-quality sofa bed with a
mattress offers perfect sleeping comfort for two additional guests. For the personal wellness experience, the bathroom has a rain shower. A modern, fully equipped kitchen is incorporated into the comfortably furnished living and dining room. The equipment includes a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with CD player.

Adjacent to the living room is a private terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue is available. A private parking space is available free of charge, as well as a washing machine for shared use for a fee.
For family reunions or celebrations, several of the 5 apartments in the apartment house "Poeler Strandquartier" can be booked at the same time (DMK148, DMK146, DMK431, DMK432).

On one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, lies the island of Poel. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. Gollwitz is considered an insider tip of the island and is an ideal place to find peace and quiet! It also attracts with a very good water quality. Due to the offshore sandbanks, the beach here is particularly shallow and child-friendly. There is a large beach playground and a kiosk, where beach chairs can also be rented.
Those who bring their four-legged friends will be pleased with the separate dog beach.
The location is an ideal starting point at any time of year to visit the old Hanseatic cities of Wismar, Lübeck and Rostock or the state capital Schwerin. The Baltic Sea island of Poel can be wonderfully explored by bike from here. A small bicycle rental shop is located in the immediate vicinity.

    “Das Haus war schön, die Wohnung auch. Gemütlich eingerichtet.
    Allerdings war es nicht sehr sauber (für 48€ Reinigung). Der Kühlschrank stank nach Fisch, eine Bettdecke roch muffig, Staub und Hundehaare unter dem Bett, ein gebauchtes Taschentuch unter dem Bett.
    Leider kein Staubsauger und auch keine Grundausstattung an Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Spüli.
    Aber im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.”

    “Endreinigungskosten wurden vorab verlangt. Fewo wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf Verlangen am Anreisetag nochmals, man musste den Dreck erst zeigen. Polnische Reinigungskräfte wirkten sehr lustlos. Noch vorhandene Kotspuren in der Toilette wurden auch nicht entfernt. Matratzen voller Urinflecken und auch Uringeruch in der Nacht. Trinkwasser im Bad und aus Dusche verunreinigt- es ist kein Kalk. Einfach ekelhaft. Nach 3Tagen Durchfall und Magenkrämpfe. Beschwerde beim Vermieter wurde ignoriert. -> Wir haben Beweisfotos - Toilette haben wir dann kopfschüttelnd nochmals mit Bürste selbst gereinigt und desinfiziert.     “Schöne, ruhige Lage nah am Strand. Allerdings könnte die Wohnung etwas sauberer sein, z.b. hatte eine Matratze Flecken.
