Modernly furnished, cosy holiday flat with a large balcony and ocean views

This 65 m² holiday flat accommodates up to five people and is located in the coastal resort of Port des Canonge, in western Mallorca. Port des Canonge is a quaint, beautiful fishing village at the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, which has is a UNESCO cultural world heritage site. Port des Canonge is away from the masses and noise of mass tourism. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday in a natural setting, this is the property for you.

The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and an additional single bed (0.80 x 1.90 m). The double bedroom offers ocean views and the other room grants views of the nearby pine forest. The daylighting illuminated bathroom boasts a shower tub, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa, facing the balcony and a small flat screen television, as well as a dining table. The open plan kitchen unit is integrated into the living room and partitioned off by a bar. It offers a gas stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The 25 m² balcony, which offers views over the ocean, can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen. An awning offers welcome shade and there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

It is about 25 meters to the ocean and the beach. It is about a three minute walk to the main beach. Smaller untouched coves and beaches can be reached within ten minutes on foot. Port des Canonge is the gateway for several hikes. It is a very quiet area and ideal for nature lovers and holiday makers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Numerous activities, such as scuba diving, canoeing or snorkelling are possible here; or you can simply just enjoy the beautiful beaches. It is also a great place for trekking and mountain biking. It is about 10 km to shopping facilities and 7 km to a restaurant. Public transport is about 5 km from the property. The airport is approximately 30 km from the property.

    “Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im mallorquinischen Stil. Wie es scheint, ist sie vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Die Möbel sehen ziemlich neu aus.
    Die Lage ist TOP! Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick in den Sonnenuntergang und auf das Meer. Auch Wanderungen können direkt von der Wohnung aus gestartet werden.
    Die Grundausstattung in der Küche ist gut. Ein großer moderner Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden.
    Für Party-Freunde ist diese Wohnung nichts, da sie sehr ruhig gelegen ist.”
