The holiday home was renovated in 2014 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its secluded location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Neuenkirchen, district Zessin. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This semi-detached house is located in the main house of the resort. On the same property are FerienHäuser RUE NOW 025 (4 persons), RUE NOW 026 (6 persons), RUE NOW 027 (2 adults 1 child) and RUE NOW 028 (4 persons). The holiday homes of the Geldmann holiday rentals are located in Zessin / Neuenkirchenin the northwest of the island Rügen between the Neuendorfer Wiek and the TetzitzerLake. They offer a quiet, rural location with a 500 m² gardenThere is a view of Bodden, 200 meters away. Ideal for hikers and cyclists,happy with a dog. Wheels are available free of charge. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

    “Uns hat es im angegebenen Objekt sehr gut gefallen. Wer mit Hunden unterwegs ist und die Natur/Ruhe liebt, ist dort super aufgehoben.
    Da wir 5 Frauen waren, hätten wir uns manchmal einen zweiten Schlüssel gewünscht.
    Die Fewo war ordentlich ausgestattet und sauber - alles bestens.
    Für künftige Gäste wäre es empfehlenswert, darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Treppen in der Wohnung sehr steil sind.
    Die Mitteilung: Die Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht, reicht nicht.
    Meine 74jährige Mutter ist nicht gehbehindert und hat mit normalen Treppen keine Probleme - aber diese haben ihr doch sehr zu schaffen gemacht.

    Ganz toll fanden wir den netten Empfang und den angebotenen Brötchenservice durch den Ojektbetreuer.”

    “Dieses Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, es ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer etwas Ruhe sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Wir sind mit Hund dort gewesen und es ist Ideal, Tür auf, Hund raus, Leine brauchten wir keine, was für Städtler wie wir es sind mal was neues ist. In der Umgebung sind viele Wanderwege und man muss nicht unbedingt weit weg. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt einem gern noch wünsche oder gibt Auskunft bei Bedarf. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Gaststätte "Zur Alten Schule".
    Für uns steht fest wir kommen wieder!!!”
