The village of Ivinj is located between Tribunj and Tisno and next to the island of Murter. The vacation house is located outside any development and thus offers a lot of peace and quiet. Within a radius of about 2 km there are attractive, secluded natural beaches to which you can get on bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, horses or even on foot. The detached property offers ideal conditions for horse riding in the nature that stretches as if into infinity. In front of the property of about 20,000 m² there is a hippodrome with a horse racing track and riding school, where you can take riding lessons on purebred Arabian horses. Also experience adventures on motocross and bicycle trails. Natural resources are used, including drinking water, which comes from a well about 80 meters deep. This water is also used to fill the pool and whirlpool. Electricity is generated from solar panels as well as a windmill. The mentioned property consists of two separate houses, which are located next to each other and are rented together. Therefore, they are ideal for several families or a group of friends who want to spend a vacation together. One house is spread over two floors, the basement and the first floor, and has an attractive interior. The external staircase leads to the upper floor. The second house consists of one floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a room with equestrian equipment, an open living room and a summer kitchen with a large fireplace. For anglers with fishing license, the house owners provide their own equipment. If the fishing trip was successful, the homeowners are ready to show you their traditional way of preparing fish.
