Charming House in Saint-Pair-Sur-Mer with Barbecue, Garden and Terrace
This tastefully decorated holiday house enjoys an ideal location: it is a few hundred metres from the beach, in quiet surroundings in a little village with various shops. The holiday house, completed in July 2014, is on a site of around 400m².
The garden is enclosed. It has a garden table with chairs for four people and a grill. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the garden and a trampoline for children. Parking space for two cars is available.
The holiday house has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The showers are at ground level. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has two single beds measuring 90 x 100cm that can be joined together as a double bed. The owner can provide a mattress cover on request. The bed linen of the make “Literie Impériale de France” is very comfortable and provides a good night’s sleep. The spacious kitchen is very well-equipped, including an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster, as well as an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The kitchen is in a big room that comprises the living room area with a 3D TV (40”). You can relax in a cosy second living room on the mezzanine, with a second 3D TV with a home cinema system and a Wii U games console. You can have fun here with your family or friends. There is an adjoining sauna for six people, as well as a third bathroom with a shower and toilet. A utility room adjacent to the house has a washing machine and a dryer.
The district the holiday house is in is very quiet and peaceful. There are shops such as a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger, a cake shop, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is 400 metres away. It is a 40-minute drive to the famous Mont Saint Michel. It is just a five-minute drive to Granville, a well-known seaside resort, which is also called the “Monaco of the north”. Although there are shops within walking distance, the owner recommends having a car. However, there is also a bus from Granville to Saint-Pair-sur-Mer and from there you can take public transport to Mont Saint Michel or other places of interest.
The rooms on the ground floor are suitable for guests with restricted mobility. One of the bedrooms has sliding doors a metre wide, so that a person in a wheelchair can use this room. However, the bathroom does not have handles. Please note that it is not permitted to smoke in the house, only in the garden. Internet access is available. The owner lives on site at the end of the garden. The two sites are principally independent of each other, separated by a barrier. On the first floor there is underfloor heating and there are radiators on the mezzanine level.
