This beautiful villa, built in 2009, offers stunning ocean views and is located in El Paraiso de Bon Aire, Alcudia. The beautiful beach, the surrounding landscape and the proximity to the old town of Alcudia has made Bonaire a very popular neighbourhood.

On the first floor you will find an additional bedroom (180 x 200 cm) with a bathroom and a large terrace with views over the bay of Pollensa.
