Holiday apartment with a terrace and sea view


The apartment is in a villa in Mondello/Addaura in a beach area of Palermo.

It has a very light and inviting interior with an unrestricted view of the sea. There are two bedrooms with double beds and there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The two bathrooms each have a shower and WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. Wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available.

The terrace also has an outdoor kitchen and a gazebo, with seating furniture and a dining table.

The beauty of Sicily and the optimal climate are ideal all year round for a holiday and delving into its history, culture and gastronomy. It is a short walk to the beach, but a car is recommended nevertheless for getting around. It is about 500 metres to shops and restaurants.

    “Tolles Ferienhaus, mit Blick auf das Meer. Schöne Terasse zum lange draußen verweilen, mit Küchenzeile. Kochen und gleich draußen genießen!
    Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sehr gepflegt. Mit allem ausgestattet. Haben nichts vermisst.
    Sehr liebevoller Empfang und gute Betreuung während des Urlaubs durch die Vermieterin.
    Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder. Das Haus ist groß genug, haben uns in den 10 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder.”
