The holiday house is located in Carcabuey, at the heart of Andalusia. The house's location is ideal for trips within Andalusia. It is about an hour's drive to Cordoba, Jaen, Granada, Seville, Malaga and Antequera. It is a peaceful and quiet town amidst olive groves and the mountains, where you will spend an unforgettable holiday in peace and quiet.
The outside area of the property offers a patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area and a community pool. The pool is communally used with the guests in the other holiday home. The property is fenced in. Pets are permitted upon request. Parking is available on the property.
The 100 m², detached home accommodates an entire family on one level. The house was built in 1950 and last renovated in 2010. It is a house on a former farm, which houses an additional holiday home. The holiday house offers four bedrooms: two with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m each) and the other two with two single beds each (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Towels and bedding are supplied. The house can comfortably accommodate six and up to eight people. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet. The traditionally furnished kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. The kitchen is integrated into the spacious living room, which is also furnished with a digital television and a fireplace.
